A position has arisen within the South East region of St John Ambulance and we are looking to appoint a Full time Patient Transport Attendant to join our Ambulance Services team. You will be responsible for responding to non - emergency situations and transporting ambulant/non-ambulant patients whilst ensuring that the patient receives high quality, professional and compassionate care at all times.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years driving experience, hold a full UK driving licence and have the ability to work in a non emergency ambulance environment. Due to the nature of this role applicant must have good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, as well as being able to work as part of a team.

Hours of work: 42 hours/week

Based at: John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford

Rate of pay: Training Rate £7.50, Qualified Rate £8.21
