Event Resource Coordinator

About the Role

St John Ambulance provides First Aid and life-saving care at thousands of events every year, including concerts, football games and large-scale events such as the London Marathon.

As an Events Resource Coordinator, you will be responsible for the management of a bank of regional casual event first aiders, you will be resonsible for the recruitment and maintenance of bank of Event First Aiders, Event Ambulance Crew and Event HCPs. You will also act as a point of contact with our third party suppliers.

About You

Ideally, you will have experience of the events industry and will be passionate about organising a volunteer workforce and working in a fast paced environment.

St John Ambulance will provide system training, however, you must have the ability to use Microsoft Office/Office 365 applications to an intermediate level.
