Regulatory Assurance Manager
About the Role
As a Regulatory Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing, monitoring and ensuring that required regulatory standards are being routinely maintained across St John Ambulance's (SJA) operations.
You will work to ensure quality service delivery and a major focus for you will be adhering to high quality regulatory compliance with the Care Quality Commission and NHS Improvement standards, although you will be expected to engage with other regulatory standards. You will also act as the nominated point of contact for the Care Quality Commission in the region.
Please note the role can be based at any St John Ambulance office in London Head Office, Birimingham, Ossett, Stockport or Chelmsford.
You will have experience in working in a similar role and will have experience with quality assurance working with the CQC/NHS. You will also be good at building relationships with external parties and be passionate about helping to maintain and continually improve standards.
St John Ambulance works at the heart of communities, providing first aid, keeping people safe at events and working alongside the NHS in response to 999 calls. Much of our front-line delivery is provided by our dedicated and highly-trained volunteers.
Every year, hundreds of thousands of people, many of them under 18, also learn how to save a life through our training, education and youth programmes.
