Marketing Coordinator – Delegates & MIS Comms
About the Role
As a Marketing Coordinator at St John Ambulance, you will work closely with and support the Marketing Executive – Delegates & MIS Comms in the development of creative campaigns using a multichannel approach but with a focus on email marketing.
You will be responsible for campaigns from proposal to delivery ensuring they are in line with our annual marketing strategy to support and deliver the training delegate marketing programme, increasing advocacy for our products and brand. You will also be responsible for campaign analysis and reporting.
You will support the implementation and execution of a new series of customer booking communications (MIS comms) ensuring all marketing opportunities are maximised through this channel.
Please note there will be a second interview stage that will require a short presentation. All information will be given should you be successful in the first interviews.
You will be a great communicator with a keen eye for detail who is passionate about email marketing, having experience of working with an email service provider would be desirable. You will be an organised and self-motivated individual who is keen to work with a variety of people to achieve a common goal.
St John Ambulance works at the heart of communities, providing first aid, keeping people safe at events and working alongside the NHS in response to 999 calls. Much of our front-line delivery is provided by our dedicated and highly-trained volunteers.
