Support in kind
Donations are not just about cash. We appreciate it when a
business supports St John Ambulance by donating its own time and
expertise. The beauty of support in kind is that, by saving on
costs it allows us to concentrate our funding on our charitable
initiatives – teaching and delivering first aid in communities
across the country.
Support in kind gifts we’ve received include:
- • meeting and venue space
- • office supplies and equipment
- • travel and hotel accommodation
- • prizes for raffles and competitions
- • services, such as legal and accounting advice.
If you have other ideas we’d love to hear them.
Shop to Support
Each year our staff, volunteers and supporters help us to save
lives. Would you like to encourage their continued support by
promoting your product or service, perhaps with a discount or
corporate donation? With approximately 2,300 staff, 30,000
volunteers and thousands of supporters, we have a large audience
you can potentially promote your product or service to.
First aid training and supplies
By choosing St John Ambulance for your first aid and health and
safety training and supplies, you will meet more than just your
statutory first aid requirements. By keeping your employees safe
when they’re at work, you could be the difference between a life
lost and a life saved. What’s more, any surplus profit goes towards
our charitable work, helping us reach even more people.
Brand licensing
What does brand licensing mean?
The St John Ambulance brand license programme has been
established to generate income to support the charity deliver it’s
vital work. Partnering with reputable corporates will help us
increase our resources. It will also give us a new channel to raise
the profile of our charity and our mission of ensuring that no one
suffers from the lack of trained first aiders.
