BBC Radio Lincolnshire: Save A Life

CPRWe’re supporting BBC Radio Lincolnshire with their county-wide 'Save A Life' CPR campaign. We’re providing free CPR demonstrations to help the campaign reach its target of teaching 10,000 people.

In the first few minutes after someone has suffered a cardiac arrest, CPR combined with a defibrillator can mean the difference between life and death. It only takes 30 minutes to learn compression-only CPR, which could save the life of a family member, friend, colleague or stranger.

Learn this life saving skill at one of our free demonstrations this summer

If you live or work in Lincolnshire, and would like to register for one of these demonstrations or find out about sending a first aid trainer to your business, school, society or sports club please email savealife@sja.org.uk or call or text 07799071898.

We will be adding more demonstrations over the coming weeks, as well as providing demonstrations at major events in Lincolnshire over the summer. More details to follow soon.
