Regional IT Support Specialist (North Region)

The National IS&P directorate are looking for Volunteer Regional IT Specialists to deliver IT support services dedicated for our volunteers. This exciting positions will be the spearhead for a service, delivering IT support and training. This role will form part of IS&P and become a vital supporting part of the larger regional operations team.

Being part of a regional team and working closely with IS&P the role will cover a wide range of skills, both technical and process led. You will be a key link between IS&P and the regions while promoting and ensuring IS&P best practice is adhered to while communicating, supporting and championing IS&P initiatives. The Regional IT Support Specialist will be expected to work remotely from home and be responsible for supporting the use of IT by volunteers and mentoring those volunteers in use of SJA systems.
