Regional IT Support Lead (North Region) - Region Wide

The National IS&P directorate are looking for a Volunteer Regional IT Lead for the North West region to shape and deliver IT support services dedicated for our volunteers. This exciting position will be the spearhead for a service, delivering IT support and training. This role will form part of IS&P and become a vital supporting part of the regional operations team.

Heading up a team of analysts and working closely with IS&P the role will cover a wide range of skills, both technical and process led. You will be a key link between IS&P and the regions while promoting and ensuring IS&P best practice is adhered to while communicating, supporting and championing IS&P initiatives. The Regional IT Support Lead will be expected to work remotely from home, and be responsible for analysing the use of IT by volunteers and identifying areas or improvement and streamlining support.
