Internal Communications Officer

St John Ambulance are currently looking for a Internal Communications Officer to join to the Internal Communications team at our National Headquarters in London.

We're looking for someone with at least 2 years’ experience in an internal communications role. You need to be confident in providing advice and support to a range of key stakeholders and developing and implementing internal communications plans, as well as demonstrable experience in writing compelling news stories and editing complex material into an engaging and on-brand style.

Working in a professional internal communications team, in an organisation that has over 2,000 employees and 40,000 volunteers across England, this will be a busy and rewarding role, you will help implement the tactics of our internal communications strategy. You will be required to provide advice and support to departments and project teams, helping to ensure good communications across the organisation, using a variety of channels, and contribute towards gathering feedback and reviewing data to improve communication channels, messaging and tools.
