Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

As Marketing Coordinator – Major Accounts at St John Ambulance, you will work closely with, and support the Marketing Manager in the development of creative B2B campaigns using a multichannel approach. Your focus will be the acquisition of new major account customers and the development and retention of existing client businesses. You’ll work with the account management and sales teams to develop an engaging account-based marketing programme to nurture prospects and deepen relationships.

You will be responsible for campaigns from proposal to delivery ensuring they are in line with our annual marketing strategy to deliver against targets while ensuring all printed and digital content is on brand and effectively promotes St John Ambulance's charitable goals, products and services to drive demand from prospective and current customers.

You will support the implementation and execution of the St John Ambulance marketing strategy, executing campaigns developed with the Marketing Manager, including post-campaign reporting and analytics. You will also work closely with customer-facing channels to ensure optimum sales conversion and customer experience.

About You

As this is an important role in ensuring ROI and help us achieve our charitable goals, you will be results driven, a great communicator who is passionate about building great campaigns and will show a keen eye for detail.

You will have experience in building multi-channel campaigns and ideally, will have used email marketing tools previously, you must also be able to use Microsoft Office/365 to an intermediate level. An understanding of B2B Account Based Marketing and experience of delivering programmes will be an advantage.
