HR Administration Team Leader (Volunteers)

About the Role

Upon joining us as a HR Administration Team Leader (Volunteers), you will be a key member of our centralised HR administration team (Employees, Volunteers and Youth), you will be responsible for providing first line administrative support to over 18,000 of our volunteers, as well as leading and motivating a dedicated team of HR administrators.

A large part of your role is to ensure that we continue to deliver excellent customer service to our volunteers in line with our values (Humanity, Excellence, Accountability, Responsiveness and Teamwork). You will also be responsible for the recruitment administration of high-volume recruitment campaigns, and as most of our roles involve regulated activity, having good attention to detail is key to success in this role.

As a HR Administration Team Leader, you will liaise with volunteers and managers regarding issues, as well as, ensuring that recruitment administration, collation of volunteer documentation and maintenance of volunteer files are managed efficiently.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will be experienced with working within a customer focussed HR administration environment and you must be passionate about delivering quality service.

You will also have experience in motivating and leading a team of people previously, ideally HR administrators. It will also be advantageous if you have Applicant Tracking System experience.
