Assurance & Quality Administrator

About the Role

This role is a varied and diverse administration role providing compliance support regarding regulatory, internal and customer standards. In addition to general admin tasks, you will be responsible for inputting data into our Incident Management Framework, reports and record maintenance, overseeing alignment to reporting timescales, documentation gathering and filing, etc. You will also provide support to and report to the Regional Assurance & Quality Managers. 

Please note the role is shared across two Regions, the successful candidate can be based in a St John Ambulance office in Birmingham or Ossett. Occasional travel will be required to the other office.

About You

You will be and experienced administrator who is proactive and solution orientated and be able to plan and prioritise your workload efficiently. There are many internal and external stakeholders that you will need to liaise with, so you must have great interpersonal skills and a keen customer service focus. You must have more than basic admin skills, especially with MS Office suite and be able to work with detailed spreadsheets and complex documents comfortably, and of course, a high level of attention to detail is a must for this position. Ideally you will have worked in a compliance, clinical, audit or regulatory environment or similar however this is not essential.
