Verification & Standards Project Lead

About the Role

As Verification and Standards Project Lead at St John Ambulance, you will be responsible for the design, implementation and management of national projects related to our qualification improvement framework. You will take responsibility for the effective and efficient roll out of these projects and achievement of agreed deliverables, along with assisting the wider team as required.

A key requirement in this role is to lead and coordinate the work of teams to deliver on key business quality deliverables as part of larger change management projects or introduction of new products. You will lead on the standardisation of Verification and Standards monitoring and reporting activity to ensure that all activity and reports are produced in a professional manner and in line with SJA expectations.

About You

You will have gained previous experience in a similar role and will have strong experience of reviewing and evaluating evidence of achievement against key quality standards, have worked with a wide range of training and education end service users and have played a leading role on projects to improve quality, correct issues in training delivery and ensure standardisations.
