You can set up a free online Funeral Collection page, or send us your donation(s) via one of the other methods outlined below.
Follow this simple process to create and share an online funeral notice and collect donations in honour of your loved one, as well as sharing photos and memories of the life you are celebrating.
Using the form below, tell us the name of the person you are remembering and a few details about yourself.
You’ll receive an email from our partners at Much Loved, with guidance to help you complete your online Funeral Collection page.
You can fill your page with special thoughts and stories in tribute to your loved one. You can light candles, add music, photos and videos, collect fundraising donations, organise events, celebrate anniversaries, and much more.
Don’t forget to share the page with friends and family so they can add their memories and donations too, even if they can’t be with you on the day. The page is yours to use however feels right for you, for as long as you wish.

Request Funeral Collection Envelopes - We can send you free collection envelopes to enable you to take donations simply and discreetly. This can take up to 10 working days so please allow as much time as possible. To request your envelopes, please email inmemory@sja.org.uk.
