As an Area Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing approximately 10 volunteer units.

Your responsibilities will include:

• encouraging and supporting the delivery of event services in your area
• organising training activities for volunteers
• supporting youth programmes as required
• line managing unit managers
• helping to develop volunteer recruitment plans.

Minimum time commitment:

15 hours per week.

Experience needed:

Previous management experience of people and processes.

As a District Manager, you'll be responsible for up to 80 mixed-service units across a number of council areas. You'll also be accountable for delivering our services to the local community.

Our District Managers have the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience to manage change, and build and lead high-performing teams. As well as, continually focus on the delivery of our charitable services.

Minimum time commitment:

18 hours per week.

Experience needed:

Experience of volunteer management within a large organisation.
