- Vouchers are not valid in Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Jersey or Guernsey unless specifically stated on the voucher.
- Vouchers cannot be used retrospectively (i.e. against training courses which have already been booked).
- Vouchers have a cash value of GBP 0.001 and are not transferable or assignable
- If the value shown on the voucher exceeds the price of the training course against which it is redeemed, no change will be given.

- St John Ambulance reserves the right to cancel the offers and/or vouchers at any time
- St John Ambulance reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
- Voucher offers are subject to the availability of training courses throughout the duration of the promotion.
