St John Ambulance works at the heart of communities, supporting and enabling them to access and receive physical and mental health first aid. We do this through developing and providing effective community response and outreach services (e.g. Ambulance response) and using our longstanding expertise to empower people with vital clinical skills and the confidence to use them (e.g. our Volunteers and Community Advocates, and Young Responders programmes).
Job Summary
Join St John Ambulance as a Digital Analyst and help turn data into meaningful insight that improves the performance of our digital channels. Working across our Training and Supplies businesses, you'll analyse website, customer and campaign performance to provide actionable insights that inform commercial decisions, optimise the customer experience, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborating with teams across eCommerce, Marketing and Data, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our digital performance.
About You
· You have experience analysing digital, eCommerce or business performance data and can identify meaningful trends and opportunities.
· You're confident using reporting and analytics tools such as GA4, Power BI, Excel, Shopify or similar platforms.
· You can translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for a range of audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
· You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
· You enjoy collaborating with colleagues across different teams to understand business needs and deliver valuable insights.
· You are organised, able to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· You are curious, proactive and keen to continuously develop your knowledge of digital analytics, eCommerce and optimisation.

About the Role
· Analyse website, eCommerce and campaign performance to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement across our Training and Supplies digital channels.
· Produce regular reports and dashboards that provide stakeholders with clear visibility of key performance metrics.
· Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that support commercial decision-making and continuous improvement.
· Monitor digital performance including traffic, conversion, customer journeys, product performance and promotional activity.
· Support testing and optimisation initiatives by analysing results and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
· Work collaboratively with colleagues across eCommerce, Trade Marketing and Data to develop reporting and improve the use of insight.
· Help maintain accurate digital tracking and trusted datasets across platforms including GA4, Shopify and Power BI.
· Present findings in a clear and engaging way through dashboards, presentations and written reports to influence business decisions.
