About the Role

This role is fixed term to the end of 2022. 

There is an exciting opportunity to join us as a Business Analyst within My Support Service - the administrative hub of St John. As we implement our new Enquiry Management System and revolutionise the way we support people and finance admin requests (in the first instance), we need dynamic, engaging and fast-moving Business Analysts. You will get to grasp with a range of processes covering anything from Payroll, to Accounts Payable, Volunteer & Employee Recruitment and Onboarding, Treasury and supporting our Youth Volunteers. Help us to deliver a step change in the admin support and the customer experience, as we go-live with MS Dynamics and release the potential that lies across our talented and ambitious team. Based at either at Sheffield or West Bromwich offices, you will work with the team to flesh out the ideas for improvement, across systems, process and people, and make them happen. St John embrace new ways of working and this role is intended to facilitate and enable this. Having said that, the role will require hybrid working and the successful candidate should expect to attend our Sheffield office to work on average 2-3 days each week, as required.

About You

You will be an experienced process analyst, who quickly grasps where opportunity for improvement can be found, can articulate that and make it happen. You will be hungry for continuous improvement, within a structured work methodology, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders. You will have a passion for IT and non-IT change, but most passionate about making the experience better for our customers and for the team delivering the task. Comfortable with documenting processes, liaising with diverse stakeholder communities, using your communication, and influencing skills to ensure everyone is onboard and committed to the journey, and making it successful.
