About the Role

Urgent Care Mobile Responders are responsible for the provision of high quality and effective clinical care to the community. You will be responding to a wide range of situations including medical emergencies, fall response calls, high category emergency incidents and other allocated operational activities commensurate with your role. You will drive a range of vehicles provided by SJA under both emergency and non-emergency conditions as required.

As Mobile Responder at St John Ambulance, you will attend to patients and service users within the care of SJA in accordance with policies and procedures. You will provide treatment and care up to your agreed clinical scope of practice and customer requirement.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience providing care to patients in a variety of settings. You will have a minimum of 2 years driving experience and must hold a valid UK Licence with no more than 6 penalty points. Having a Level 2 ambulance driving qualification or ACA Certificate would be highly beneficial.
