This is an exciting time to join St John as our new 10 strategy is underway and we continue our digital transformation. We are now seeking a Power Platform Analyst to join us as part of the Applications and Data team where you will support the Power Platform as well as our critical services and applications. This key role supports delivery of a multi-year transformation programme to move existing services onto a new strategic platform, deliver innovative solutions leveraging and exploiting the latest technology in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Working with the Lead Platform Analyst you will provide exceptional service to the organisation interfacing with product owners, third-party suppliers and business stakeholders to ensure we are delivering the maximum value.

About You:

  • Significant experience gained within a similar role working with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform and working with business critical applications and complex data sets
  • Experience of working with enterprise scale ERP and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application platforms
  • Experience of working within solution delivery environments using agile and waterfall methodologies 
  • Experience of working within cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, delivery high profile project work and support stakeholders to understand complex issues or requirements for solutions

About The Role: 

  • Work with stakeholders to deliver a strategic vision built upon MS Dynamics 365 and power platform architecture and develop and support Power Platform and applications within St John 
  • Support and maintain a robust role-based access control, security, and governance model
  • Work with lead platform analyst to resolve power platform related major incidents and coordinate service delivery of incidents, requests, problems, and changes to meet SLAs 
  • Work with lead platform analyst to coordinate and support the solution delivery of application enhancements, work packages and project workstreams
  • Produce documentation and knowledgebase articles along with other knowledge sharing activities such as training to ensure knowledge transfer within the team
