About the Role

As a Team Administrator you will provide administrative support to our Youth & Volunteering team. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the Youth & Volunteering projects.

You will play a key part in the team by Key acting as a main point of contact within the Youth & Volunteering team and providing exceptional customer service to our volunteers while dealing with their queries, you will also work closely with multiple internal stakeholders and ensure that you deliver effective communications to them.

About You

You will have gained administration experience in a similar administration role and will be passionate about delivering quality service to your colleagues. You will also have good Microsoft Office skills.
