About the Role
As Training Administration Team Leader at St John Ambulance, you will work as part of the Training Community Operations Leadership Team and lead a team of administrators who are responsible for managing the arrangements for all volunteer and ambulance training. Your main area of responsibility is to ensure efficient first line administrative support to St john people through managing and motivating a team of Training Administrators to deliver excellent customer service in line with our core values.
As Training Administration Team Leader, you will ensure that administration of St John people’s training requests and the records of completed raining, are dealt with in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.

About You
To be successful in the role of Training Administration Team Leader, you will have experience of working in a training administration environment and delivering high quality customer service. You will be a compassionate leader who is able to motivate and encourage St John people with experience of leading and coaching a team of administrators.
