The Partnerships Manager is a new and important role, working across several youth projects including Health Citizens, NHS Cadets and Young Responders. These projects look to reach and benefit young people from a diverse range of communities, previously under-served by St John Ambulance. In this hybrid role, the successful candidate will build and manage a partnerships framework, to help foster strong relationships with external organisations, so that at point of delivery the projects will create meaningful impact with young people from a range of communities.

About You:
- Experience of building partnerships with commercial, statutory, and community-based organisations that work with young people
- Highly motivated partnership professional able to attract and manage a varied stakeholder portfolio
- An understanding of the challenges faced by disadvantaged or marginalised young people and the networks that exist to support them
- Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to produce clear and persuasive materials to promote projects with external organisations from a range of diverse communities
About The Role:
- Lead the development and maintenance of a partnerships framework to operate across St John Ambulance youth programmes
- Proactively broker new relationships that will support programme development, to successfully meet aims and objectives of a range of projects
- Lead the management, maintenance and renewal of partnerships and networks to ensure sustainability, effectiveness, and expansion of projects in under-served communities
- Meet ambitious KPIs that will ensure the effective delivery and future sustainability of a range of programmes for young people
- Develop a network of key relationships, seeking potential new partnership opportunities within underserved communities
