This is an exciting time to join St John as we embark on our new 10 year strategy and our digital transformation continues. We are seeking a Volunteering Delivery Coordinator to join our team and manage administrative and project support for all St John regional and district leadership teams. This key role helps to facilitate delivery of national, regional and district objectives and provides critical day-to-day support to the regional and district leadership teams. If you’re passionate about service delivery, possess strong customer focus and are keen to utilise your skills to support across a range of functions and projects we’d love to hear from you.

About You:
- Experience of supporting the planning and successful delivery of projects, training and events within a dispersed team
- Experience of effectively managing relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure targets/goals are achieved
- Experience of data analysis to report on performance, capture learnings and enable future planning
- Strong written communication skills with experience of producing a range of documentation including guidance and reports
About The Role:
- Co-ordinate and manage administrative and project support to regional and district leadership teams to ensure delivery of objectives and advising external contacts in relation to implementation and best practice
- Organise, book and manage travel for large scale events in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Manage People Recognition system to ensure timely and consistent recognition is delivered to people within Regional and District Networks
- Own agreed processes within the area of Volunteering Delivery to evolve processes ensuring a culture of continuous improvement for our stakeholders
- Manage data extraction and analytics to measure district performance. Ensuring lessons learned are recorded and actions are taken to embed changes into future planning
