This spring, why not try something new and take on the St John Ambulance Spring Stretch Challenge?
Throughout April, challenge yourself to stretch every day while raising funds to help St John Ambulance volunteers deliver lifesaving care in communities across the UK.
Getting involved is simple, just pick the level that works best for you and complete your stretches each day during the month.
Choose your level:
- Novice: 3 stretches with a 30-second hold.
- Beginner: 5 stretches with two 30-second holds.
- Expert: 6 stretches with three 30-second holds.
Sequences will be sent out before the challenge begins.

Don't worry this challenge is designed to work for everyone. You can start at Novice and move up throughout the month, add extra holds, or adapt stretches to suit your body and ability.
The SJA fundraising team will be on hand to support you throughout the challenge. Taking part in the challenge and raising funds means you can help us save more lives....
