No one should die because they needed first aid and didn’t get it. St John Ambulance teaches people first aid so they can be the difference between life and death, and you can help us do this.

We currently have three volunteering vacancies for District Youth Officers which will be based in Liskeard, St Austell, and Truro.

As a District Youth Officer, you will support the Badger, Cadet and RISE programmes across the region as well as running events such as camps. You will also support youth unit managers and ensure that programmes are of high quality, comply with SJA standards and provide a great development experience for young people.

You must be prepared to travel throughout Cornwall, to visit units and be available for some weekends to help run courses etc

This role is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitations Offenders Act.
