Restart a Heart Day is back this October!

Led by Resuscitation Council UK, Restart a Heart is an annual initiative which aims to increase the number of people surviving out-of-hospital cardiac arrests by helping more people learn CPR.

Why is Restart a Heart Day important?

CPR is a skill for everyone. During a cardiac arrest, we all have the chance to make a difference. Every minute without CPR and defibrillation reduces the chance of survival by 10%. Let's make sure everyone feels confident and ready to act when every second counts.

How can I get involved?

There are plenty of ways for you to get involved this Restart a Heart Day. You could attend a free CPR demonstration near you, or check out our online advice.
