1 - Customer Needs Survey Prize Draw 2025

Eligibility
The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over who have submitted an entry in accordance with these terms and conditions, excluding employees of St John Ambulance, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
How to Enter
To enter the prize draw, participants must complete the Customer Needs Survey in full by 11:59 PM on 26/08/2025. Only one entry per person is permitted.
Promotion Period
The prize draw opens on 12/08/2025 and closes at 11:59 PM on 26/08/2025. Entries submitted after this time will not be valid.
Prizes
Three (3) winners will each receive a £50 Amazon voucher. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the closing date. Winners will be notified via the contact details provided in the survey within 14 days. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, a new winner will be selected.
Data Protection
Personal data submitted in connection with this survey will be processed in accordance with St John Ambulance’s Privacy Policy.
St John Ambulance must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation St John Ambulance will send the surnames and counties of the prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails delegatefeedback@sja.org.uk or writes to St John Ambulance, St John's Lane, London EC1M 4DA (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date. If participants wish to object to any or all of their surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact St John Ambulance via delegatefeedback@sja.org.uk. In such circumstances, St John Ambulance must still provide the information and winning entries to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
General
St John Ambulance reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. The prizes for the winners are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
St John Ambulance reserves the right to replace any of the prizes with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so. The decision of St John Ambulance regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. By entering the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4 - Mental Health First Aid Introductory Offer 2025
4.1 A 10% discount is automatically applied to eligible bookings in the shopping basket at checkout.
4.2 This offer is valid from 00:01 GMT on 28 March 2025 to 23:59 GMT on 30 May 2025 for bookings made via the St John Ambulance website and Customer Services team.
4.3 The offer applies only to the Mental Health First Aid 2-day course and excludes the assessment fee, which must be booked separately. Additional exclusions may apply.
4.4 Prices displayed at checkout include VAT where applicable.
4.5 If you cancel or transfer a booking made under this offer, any refund due will reflect the discounted price paid. Our standard cancellation and transfer policy applies.
4.6 If a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable, and could reasonably have been recognised as an error, St John Ambulance reserves the right to cancel the booking and refund the incorrect (lower) amount paid.
4.7 Our standard terms and conditions for training apply to all bookings made within this promotion.
4.8 St John Ambulance reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
