Ask me how I saved a man who'd been stabbed

Raisa has been a volunteer with St John Ambulance since she was 15. She trains people in her neighbourhood in vital lifesaving techniques for stab wounds. Shola applied those same lessons learned through St John , to save a man, stabbed in front of her. Click on the video to see their incredible story.

The St John Ambulance Ask Me campaign highlights the amazing work our charity does.

We are the nation's leading first aid training organisation, helping members of the public gain the skills that help them save lives where they live and work. And our employed ambulance crews are in action, day-in, day-out delivering vital patient transport and acting as back up to the NHS ambulance service.

Please help us keep our nation healthy, by leaving a gift in your will. Or  Get Involved  to see the many other ways you could help first aid save lives.
