About the Role

As an experienced Business Analyst at St John Ambulance, you will play a key role in the Strategy and Digital Transformation team leading the process mapping for key projects and working with the organisation to understand their change needs and assess the impact of those business changes on process, people and systems. This role will play a key part in a number of exciting projects at this critical time with the Business Analyst becoming a key player in understanding the stakeholder and organisational needs and accessing the impact of any change on the orgnaisation. Through capturing, analysing and documenting functional requirements, you will identify opportunities and make recommendations for process re-engineering and support relevant communication with stakeholders.

As Business Analyst you will gain and maintain a good knowledge and clear understanding of systems currently utilised by business areas, including a clear view of the full capabilities of these systems and how they are used.

Experience in data worksflows and dashbaord development is essential.

About You

To be successful in the role of Business Analyst you should have previously worked in a similar position with demonstrable experience of performing successful business analysis across multiple major IT projects. You will be passionate about capturing, analysing and documenting data and functional requirements and will be confident in making recommendations for process change. You will have extensive experience of communicating and supporting stakeholders with a keen ability to lead workshops whilst motivating people virtually.
