Excellent opportunity to join our growing, thriving and supportive Technology Team, delivering support services, application enhancements and deliverables as a workstream on larger projects. The role requires being able to balance working within a service and solution delivery setting, prioritising workloads and identifying opportunities to improve technical solutions and the overall user experience at every opportunity.

About You:

  • There are two roles available - product knowledge configuring, developing and maintaining two or more of the following would be preferred; QlikView / Qlik Sense, MS Dynamics 365, MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), MS SharePoint, Jira Software.
  • A minimum of two years working within an application team or similar role
  • Experience of working with business-critical applications and complex data sets
  • Experience of working with enterprise scale reporting technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels

About the Role:

  • Resolution of assigned complex incidents and problems within defined SLAs
  • Own the fulfilment of assigned service requests within defined SLAs
  • Identify, escalate and assist resolving major incidents and act as a key part of major incident resolution teams
  • Monitoring of applications, platforms and data-sets, taking timely preventative action to avoid service interruption
  • Action critical maintenance tasks to systems and databases to ensure continuation of service 
  • Work as a key member of project teams to meet challenging deadlines
