Exciting new role for a National Mental Health Training Manager to support the Head of Mental Health Training. Taking forward Mental Health Education across SJA through meeting the business objectives and contributing to mental health strategies. Managing a small team, the successful candidate will also be responsible for leading on the Quality Assurance of external mental health qualifications and building stakeholder relations to position SJA as the market leader in mental health education.

About You:
- Experience of coaching to improve performance
- Experience of working in customer facing role
- Strong background in Mental Health and Wellbeing training products
- Able to present at corporate level to promote the mental health products
- Be able to work irregular hours including out of normal office hours, weekends and evenings as required and travel nationally as required
- Excellent presentation skills using diverse methods of delivery
About the Role:
- Develop and own a continuous program of CPD for all Mental Health trainers across SJA
- Lead and support on the selection and upskilling of trainers across all functions
- Work in partnership with Head of Mental Health Education to further the reach of mental health across all SJA partners
- Manage (with appropriate support) Quality Assurance of team, including the preparation of documentation for External Verifier visits, managing complaints, and maintaining an audit trail of key decisions and actions
- Act as the focus for Mental Health learner and customer (internal and external) feedback and apply learnings to enable continuous improvement of learner experience, training/product delivery and customer understanding and insight
- Act as Business Partner to sales and marketing teams across SJA to support on product knowledge and complex business needs
