About the Role
As the Data Analyst (Performance/Business Intelligence) you will take the lead and be effective in supporting the data analysis and business intelligence needs for the Data Transformation Strategy, a key component in the delivery of our Business Transformation Strategy.
This role is an integral member of the Insight & Impact team and you will lead on reporting, analysis and the identification of improvements in data standards. A key part of the role includes translating business requirements into dashboard visualisations. You will be responsible for the interrogation of St John Ambulance data, ensuring the production and delivery of reports meet a high standard. You will be adding value to the organisation by providing expert analysis and insight, working alongside managers and operational staff to drive data decision making, with data.

About You
To be successful you will have experience in an analytical role, providing reports and actionable recommendations based on analysis, using visualisation tools to tell stories with data and working with stakeholders to translate business requirements into reporting and insight. You will also have the ability to work across a range of different teams with different priorities.
