Suitable for Basic Life Support rescuers and professionals
The ZOLL AED Pro® Semi-Automatic Defibrillator with Manual Override can be used by both Basic Life Support rescuers and Advanced Life Support rescuers, offering guidance to the BLS rescuer and providing more advanced capabilities to the professional rescuer.
Semi-automatic defibrillator
The defibrillator allows for flexible operating modes, allowing the professional rescuer to apply manual override to access more advanced capabilities, including heart rate displays and the option to decide if and when to deliver treatment. For the BLS rescuer, the defibrillator will monitor heart rate and prompt the rescuer to push the button to administer a shock.
Quality CPR
Real CPR Help® provides real-time feedback on the depth and rate of chest compressions to enhance CPR quality. The screen display, as well as the metronome guides the user with visual and audible prompts to achieve good quality, consistent compressions.
See-Thru CPR® filters out compression artefact on the ECG monitor, so rescuers can see the patient’s underlying cardiac rhythm (ECG) while performing CPR, reducing the duration of pauses between compressions.
Data management
Built-in 5.8 hours of event data storage, the device can document as many as four rescues. The AED Pro also allows for extended storage on USB drives and data transfer capability.
Child mode
Automatically detects if Paediatric Pedi-Padz® II Electrodes are used making it suitable for use on children under 8 years old.
Pads
One-piece CPR-D-padz® electrode are pre-connected, saving time in an emergency situation. Also compatible with CPR stat-padz®, stat-padz® II, and Pediatric pedi-padz® II.
Rugged design
The unit can withstand a drop of up to a 1.5 metres. and has a IP55 dust-water ingress rating.
Batteries
Long lasting lithium batteries have a 5 year shelf life and require little maintenance.
