Please note: You must be an existing St John Ambulance Event First Aider to pursue this role.
The role
Advanced First Aiders provide a range of services, from offering reassurance and minor treatment, to being part of a team that saves lives.
Training and time commitment
The training and support we provide is as follows:
- Training in appropriate SJA policies
- St John Safeguarding training relevant to your role
- A four-day Advanced First Aider training course
Expected Time Commitment
Ideally 2 events per month (average event shift 1-8 hours)
