Follow the A21 south towards Hastings, as you approach Hastings you will pass under the A2100 then at the mini roundabout take the second exit onto the A2, Sedlescombe Road North. At the next junction bear left to remain on the A21. Continue for 0.75 mile and you will find us on the left hand side.
From Eastbourne/Bexhill/A259
Follow the A259 to Hastings, at the traffic lights junction with the A2102 turn left onto London Road. At the traffic lights junction with the A21, turn right onto Bohemia Road. Continue for 0.75 mile and you will find us on the left hand side.
