Let us know the best way to get in touch with you by emailing your new contact details to UpdateMy.Details@sja.org.uk. We will update our systems and the change should take effect within one month.

Please stop sending me correspondence

You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, please let us know by emailing UpdateMy.Details@sja.org.uk. It helps us locate your details if you can provide the Unique Reference number on the mailing you have received.

If we have contacted you at a business address, we will unsubscribe your personal contact details but we may continue to contact the organisation.

I would like to receive a copy of my First Aid Certificate

You should have received a copy of your certificate upon completion. However, if you haven’t, or require another copy, please email Workplace-Training@sja.org.uk

I would like to make a formal request in relation to my personal data

Please complete our online form to send your request through to our Data Protection team. Someone will respond to your request within one month.

If you have any other questions about how your information is used by us, you can email data-protection@sja.org.uk. 

We will consider disclosing third party personal data to other organisations with the consent of the individual, or in certain other limited circumstances including for the prevention or detection of crime. Please complete our online form to make a disclosure request.
