An opportunity to join us as Qualifications Assistant in this key and important role supporting the Qualifications Team Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day training activities of St John Ambulance. This includes the registration of third-party specialist training courses, registration, and submission of corresponding results and supporting the resources team with ordering of training resources and planning deliveries. Qualifications Assistants provide first point assistance across a range of qualification and training topics, provide critical support to the organisation.
 

This is an exciting and fantastic opportunity to join St John Ambulance. The successful candidate will play a key and important part in delivering sales growth of Workplace First Aid Training and First Aid Supplies. Joining a friendly and supportive team you will proactively contact new and existing customers via different channels to drive revenue.

About You:

  • Be customer focused and passionate about delivering a quality service
  • Self-motivated
  • Able to take ownership and responsibility
  • Good verbal & written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and be able to deliver on targets.

To be successful you must have experience of leading and motivating a team, the ability to work with third party software and activities, and the ability to work with and maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

 About the Role:

  • Effectively handle and respond to queries both internally and externally from third party organisations
  • Responsible for registering courses with third-party organisations
  • Processing students course results
  • Become a subject matter expert with the external qualifications activity
  • Receive and record stock checks for course venues
