What we offer
Our services offer healthcare support to the homeless and vulnerably housed communities, through static and roving clinics. We always work with a multi-agency approach and have excellent working relationships with our partners. We take our clinics to where the people need us the most (primarily, at sheltered accommodation and community hubs).
With podiatrists, healthcare professionals and first aiders, we provide wound care, prescribing, first aid, welfare support, signposting and using a holistic view of the patient's needs.
We also have a Naloxone training team, who are specifically trained to deliver the lifesaving drug.
